The Internal Medicine and Med-Peds (Internal Medicine/Pediatrics) Residency Programs at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita require a $50.00 fee for verifications and reference evaluations. This fee is necessary to recover costs associated with retrieval and processing verifications and references for alumni. State of Kansas Entities are exempt from this fee.

Residency verification and reference evaluation requests and payment may be submitted to the residency office via the form below. All verifications will be processed once payment is received; please allow up to 10 business days for processing each request. We are providing verifications on the standard Verification of Graduate Medical Education and Training (VGMET) form approved by the ACGME. Should you require a specific form other than the (VGMET) please attach this form in digital format with the release of information below. This may delay processing of the request by an additional 3-5 business days.
